Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a SocialTelescope paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who issues all invoices and processes refunds on our behalf.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase, for any reason. This applies to your first payment for each plan. After 14 days, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a new billing period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review your request in good faith. To avoid renewal charges in the future, cancel your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. What is not refundable
- Subscription periods that ended more than the windows above before your refund request;
- Charges where the account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms;
- Partial-period or pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle (your plan stays active until period end instead).
4. How to request a refund
Email contato@socialtelescope.com from the email address on your account, with:
- The order or invoice ID from your Paddle receipt;
- The date of the charge and the amount;
- A short note about the reason (optional but appreciated).
You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net using the order details on your receipt.
5. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (for example, the EU consumer right of withdrawal). Where local law grants you broader rights, those rights apply.
